Summary: A 24-year-old G2 PI woman at 22 weeks' gestation complains of an episode of myalgias and low-grade fever I month ago. Her 2-year-old son had high fever and "red cheeks." Fundal height is 28 cm. and fetal parts are difficult to palpate.
